All of us, having weathered uninspiring cultures of our previous companies, felt it was high time to build something that aligned with our vision of an ideal company. Who We're Looking For

High Moral and Ethical Standards

People that have the confidence and objectivity to speak up when they sense people are making a bad choice or heading in the wrong direction. It's not enough to conduct oneself to high standards, everyone on the team must also demonstrate them.

Team Player, When Required

Collaboration and consensus are important but sometimes one just needs to make the call. It can be detrimental to spend too much time achieving consensus on every issue. However, once a decision is made, it is important to act as a team player.

Going Above and Beyond What’s Expected

Exceeding expectations and going the extra mile is a self-driven motivation leading to performance at a highest-level. Going beyond what’s expected is part of one’s DNA, it doesn’t have to be explained.

Positive Mental Framework

We like to approach problem solving as what can be done, not what can't be done. It’s more than just having an upbeat attitude. A PMF figures out how to make something work without diminishing the ideas or inputs from others.

Always Seeking Growth Opportunities

Growth of one's experiences and skills demonstrate one's desire to learn and invest in themselves. Enlightened employees know that interpersonal growth is the best way to position themselves for additional responsibilities and promotion.

Self-Awareness

High performers recognize and accept the areas in which they excel and those in which someone else may be better. In other words, high performers know when to lead and when to follow. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to step back and let someone else take the lead because they are better positioned to solve the problem. This is true self-awareness.
